Joined WeWork as a founding Melbourne team member, launching the first building in the market November 1, 2017, second building in July 1, 2018 and managed the transition of WeWork's aquisition of Gravity Coworking in Australia.
We achieved our sales occupancy at 152 Elizabeth Street of 98.6% and at 401 Collins Street of 87.9% on each opening day and built a community of over 4,000 members locally.
I was fortunate enough to travel to London, New York and Amsterdam during my time with WeWork, to work with our international teams, take our learnings to their market and along the way, made great friends.
Joined Deliveroo Australia as a founding team member was an exciting, humbling experience. Starting out as seven people crowded around a trestle table to over 150 throughout 4 states was a high speed education in growth mindset.
Using my network, relatable personality and the fact that I am always up for a challenge, I had the opportunity to play an integral role in launching and rolling out Deliveroo Melbourne through strategic business development and account management.
This naturally lead to me to work with Deliveroo's key accounts, showcasing new initiatives and maintaining relationships, as well as managed the executive team through pin-point training in Zendesk, Salesforce and other work-flow programs, product knowledge and creative ideation.
Produced the two full time (immersive) courses through 4 successful cohorts. Achieved an NPS score of 100 (GA APAC first) and embedded myself within the startup ecosystem of Melbourne.
This was a real turning point for me, I had never worked within a UX or web development environment before, nor within a faced pace startup.
I built amazing relationships while at GA and felt I truely made an impact to the students I worked with.
After leaving my hometown of NZ and moving to Melbourne, AU I gained my first role after my marketing and comms degree at OMD.
Here I developed my business relationship management skills while managing multiple campaigns from Levi's, Kathmandu, RMIT University and Mazda to name a few.
This was where I cut my teeth in the 'real world', and my passion for technology and digital solutions were born. Highlights included pitching our solution to new business, a published piece in Adnews and the forever friends I made.
